Yesterday, Drew and I decided to spend our day visiting Okinawa's "Little Santorini"!

It's the cutest little area of shops and restaurants right near the Naha airport. It's tucked away from the city, and we had so much fun walking through!

📍Sengajima Umikaji Terrace - Seaside Terrace

It was SO humid yesterday, so we only lasted a few hours walking around, but I highly recommend this area if you have a free day and are in the area! There's dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, stores, dessert places, and more! We could've easily spent a whole day here.

There were so many places to choose from for lunch, but we ended up at a place called the Taco Rice cafe! Taco Rice is a really popular dish here in Okinawa. The concept is really odd to me - taco meat on rice, but so many people rave about it, so we hopped in line! I've had taco rice at one other place and wasn't that impressed, but the one at Taco Rice Cafe was actually delicious!

It was topped with egg and avocado, and had really great flavor. We finished off the afternoon with iced lattes at Bear's Coffee! A little sweet for our taste, but the shop owners were so sweet, so it was still a great experience. We can't wait to visit this area again - hopefully on a day it's a little cooler :)
